Jan Bubenik

Mr. Bubenik has 10 years' experience in professional services. Previously he managed Korn/Ferry International in Prague, the world's premier provider of human resources solutions. Before entering the search industry he was working as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. Mr. Bubenik has spent the last five years in senior level executive search, placing expatriates as well as local executives. He has also participated in Management Audit projects for major CEE companies. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board of the Leadership Forum. During the Velvet Revolution in November 1989 Mr. Bubenik was one of the principal student leaders and later served as the youngest member of the first federal parliament. Mr. Bubenik studied pediatrics at Prague's Charles University Medical School and Economics at University of Colorado at Boulder.
