We undertake, with professional care, an executive search
by committing all the necessary resources in order to provide
the client with candidates for the required positions. Desired
characteristics of candidates and quality requirements related
to the positions present the guidelines from which we work
in an effort to present the client with candidates who may,
to the best extent, match the requirements/characteristics.
Before the actual search process starts, it is essential to
fully understand the client's objectives, mission, characteristics
of the industry, values, business needs and detailed candidate
requirements for the specified position.
We prepare and submit a proposal with a description of the
company and positions to be filled with the client's requirements
for the position and other related issues.
After the proposal stating all the terms and conditions is
signed by both Bubenik Partners and the client, the search
process begins. First, all possible search strategies are
discussed within the firm's professional staff. Through the
firm's resources and a number of marketplace contacts, the
broad search plan, is prepared. The search process is normally
very structured and the client obtains a Long List within
approximately three weeks or sooner after the initiation of
the search.
