Olga Folková

Olga has 14 years of professional experience in human resources solutions and management. Most recently, before joining Bubenik Partners, she was a Senior Consultant in a premier regional executive search firm. Prior to that, as an HR Manager, Olga managed a full portfolio of human resources activities in major international corporate environments. Her advisory and executive services have been provided to senior and top managers at A.T. Kearney, KPMG and GE Money Bank. In Komerční banka, Société Générale Group, Olga managed HR audits at subsidiaries and affiliated companies in CR and SR, implementing corporate HR standards company-wide, including the Board-level. She graduated shortly after the "Velvet Revolution" from Prague Institute of Chemical Technology and spent the first years of her career in applied chemical research, both in academia and the private sector, in the Czech Republic, Netherlands and America. Later, she studied a change management at Open University, Prague.
